Since "King" is one of our newest stallions,
not too much is known about him, except that he was born to be a cutter.
He has the most cow sense in any horse I've ever met, and amuses himself
by cutting cattle when turned out in the pasture. He hardly needs a rider
at all! His grace and mannerisms belie the muscles and sheer mass he
displays. Though King is not a foundation Quarter Horse, he still has many
of the original qualities intended for the breed. Standing over 16 hands,
this stud is certainly pure power. He stamps his many good qualities on
his offspring, including his tremendous cow sense, creating the ideal
cutting horse. |
